Thank you for choosing Easweet — we truly appreciate your trust in us. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry. We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, because your satisfaction means the world to us.

🕒30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

🚚Free Return Shipping

We cover all return shipping costs — you won’t pay a thing to send the item back. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

📦How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email our support team at support@easweetbaby.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your return or exchange request.

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and send you a free prepaid return label.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in original condition, we’ll issue a full refund or process the exchange — whichever you prefer.

Refund Time

Our customer service will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving the return notification from the carrier and email the customer. The refund will be credited to your account within approximately 10 days.
